Delete your account
Remove your account and associated data at any time.
This public page exists so the deletion path is visible outside the app as well. The actual delete action is performed inside Settings after a recent sign-in check.
How it works
The in-app deletion path
This is the same flow referenced in the support and privacy pages.

Sign in to Voortly
Open the Voortly app and sign in with your account.

Go to Settings
Open the Settings screen from the app navigation.

Open the Delete account section
Scroll to the deletion area in Settings and start the removal flow.

Confirm deletion
Type DELETE and pass the recent sign-in check. Deletion is permanent.
What gets deleted
The following data is permanently deleted within 30 days of your request:
- Account profile details
- All portfolios and holdings
- All transactions and import history
- Watchlists and price alerts
- AI provider settings and cached AI briefs
- Push notification subscriptions
- Broker connection tokens
- Active support access grants
Can't access your account?
If you cannot sign in to use the in-app deletion flow, email support@voortly.com from your account email address and the account can be removed manually after verification.
