This page is the clean public help surface for Voortly. Use it for import bugs, missing prices, wrong exchange mapping, login issues, or feature requests. Account support stays blind by default and becomes hands-on only when you generate a temporary support code inside Settings.

Broker name, file format, expected result, actual result, and exact error text make support dramatically faster.
There is no casual support view into a live account. Temporary support access must be opened by the user first.
What to include
You do not need a long essay. You do need the details that make the issue reproducible.

Support access
Voortly is designed so the public support path never automatically exposes a signed-in user’s portfolio data.
Step 1
If you need hands-on help, go to Settings inside the app and create a temporary support code yourself.
Step 2
Include that code in the support email so the issue can be inspected against the correct account only for a short time.
Step 3
The grant is temporary and scoped. Normal support stays blind by default before and after that window.
